• BMSK: Refers to our website, its operators, and any associated services or platforms where content is shared or accessed.

 

 

 

• You grant BMSK a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content throughout the world in any media.
• You acknowledge that this license allows BMSK to:
  • Display your Content on our website and associated services.
  • Use your Content in promotional materials for BMSK.

• BMSK reserves the right to remove any Content at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, violations of these terms, legal compliance, or if the Content is found to be misleading or harmful.

 

 

• This license is perpetual. However, you can request the removal of your Content as per Section 6, but this does not affect copies already made or licenses granted to third parties before the removal request.

 

 

• BMSK may modify these licensing terms. Changes will be communicated through updates on our website, and continued use of BMSK after changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
